the best way is to remember when you get pissed that your making yourself suffer, your only hurting yourself and you can stop it at any point eventually.

Yeah, if you like being a braindead fucking zombie. I hated that drug, I was living with my dad while I was on it and I'd get up in the middle of the night to take a piss and walk straight into a wall. My dad saw me doing that shit night after night and finally asked me one day if I've been doing hard drugs before I went to bed. He said he's never seen someone do the fucked up kinda shit those damn pills would do to me.

I told the Dr to take me off that garbage and he put me on vistaril or something like that. It was much safer.

I took 100 mg the first night. In the end i was taking 800 mg and still couldn't sleep. It was always at night without human interaction so im not sure if it made me less angry.

Ive talked to a woman that had been on it for about 10 years or something, she is still taking it

wow, you must have had serious case of insomnia. 100mg was enough to sleep 10 or so hrs.

try to understand and analyze the anger, every last detail of it, become its master. when you are the master over your own anger then you can force it to transform into a neutral source waiting to be tapped. you become the calm eye of the storm.
