As Judaism is a religion and not a race the poster is right, you cannot be half Jewish.

There is no HALF Jewish, just as there is no HALF pregnant. Either you are through your mother, or you aren't. Having a Jewish father, doesn't make you half Jewish. It makes you basically a non-Jew.
