This life of illusion often leads the unwary traveler astray. The choice of the path of the heart is a hard one for many, as it means giving up what they perceive as safety and familiarity, and taking often a difficult road alone.
Is it worth it? Each one of us has to make that decision for themselves, but once committed to the discovering of what one truly is and is really a part of, there is no going back, only forward to the truth and love of it all, and a singing in the heart as you find others who feel the same as you do. Not always pleasant and easy, but true...
From there on we start to connect in new, deeper ways, that makes more sense to ourselves resonating...

And the interaction of the heart and the physical world

What I refer to by habitual reacting is:
We all have a set of programmes in our interaction with the world, some 'programs' may be based on fear, some on love, some of laziness, joy whatever...
Often when receive sensory information...
Our mind interacting with the physical world
We re-act in a closed loop, that is, we just pull off some of the pre-programming, that might have been there for ages, and might not sustain who we are now...
Those pre-programmes are in the lower part of the brain or even at spinal levels...
E.g. when you walk, you have programmes in closed loops, so that you just enter a sort of program...
You can consciously chose to step out of that program and make your walk a walk in awareness, so that your deeper being are part of the walk...
This will typical create another kind of experience walking, like you interact with yourself and the essence of the environment on a far deeper level...
Sometimes it's just fine to use the programs,but always a good idea to update them...
Another example could be when your husband or another one say something to you, that triggers a certain effect...
That way again you react, from some lower centres in your central nervous system (and thereby lower stages of awareness)
A wise decision could be, when you feel that triggered emotion coming up (something being said for the 117th time) and just stop..
Stop and embrace what is, right now...
Connect with that part of yourself that is true, which is beyond (self)blame and (self)judgement...
When you find that place and are able to dwell there, you can start to act...
That is move from that place in yourself where you are true, and where your acting always will be of integrity towards yourself and others...

Isolated mind: craving for knowledge --> confusion, fear, isolation
Opening heart: Understanding --> interconnectedness, truth inside, centered, true love, caring
Heart-mind 8heart and higher mind) --> wisdom, seeing oneself and others inside out, in the greater context of One Life

From there the confused lower mind, craving for knowledge, if it bows and serves the heart-mind, can be a very helpfull servant... And not a master which it is has been to much...
Then true intuition and the balancing of matter-soul-spirit are realized...

thankyou, you know to be perfectly honest that has been my biggest most lesson and point of focus just trying to get a grasp on the matter-soul-spirit, and I can honestly say I am understanding that. So what is there to save but oneself?

Oh and dear friend I give up being a controlling mother, I turned everything over to Papa yesturday...

He is more of the authority than I am. And I rest my case. lol

So Truth and Love = A heart of a man....

Heart is the way, for we are the wayshowers.... Amen.

Yeah, my ponderings tells me that that is what it is all about, this shift, this 'unknown' that many of us feel is coming...
It's about that balance...
That in this world, many souls have been trapped into a closed loop way of existence, where they might seem to have a lot of power and control...
A power and a control that is also reflected into this physical world, affecting the reincarnation-channels of rebirth, controlling which souls gets into which families, thus all the empasis on bloodlines and so on...
There are those in the 'knowing' and in 'control'...
Pretty much, this is connected with the pyramid of the lower mind, with the all seeing eye/solar plexus in the top...
And are going on in soul levels and into the physical realm...
Yet, the all-seeing eye, may see all, but have no understanding and wisdom for the subtle plans working the other way, to embracing a deeper balance...
The eye may see all of the pieces in the puzzle, yet have no undertsanding, wisdom and intuition to link them together...
These days, for us all, will be the dawning of balance, meaning that life will return to itself, so that the spirit, that is really the eternal part of us, our true essence, will be honored, will be respected, will be listened to...
For those soul/personality-egoes that have been trapped into a false sense of power and 'immortality' (controlling rebirth) it will be quite an awakening...

All this balancing taking place on inner planes of existence , will of course be reflected into the outher planes, physical, etherical, astral and mental planes...

So what is really for us to do, again my ponderings may or may not resonate, is to really befriend ourselves, so that we know and dwell in our true inner core, which is directly connected with the Spirit and the One Life, uniting us all, our Divine Mother and Father...
From theewe'll be able to go balanced and with wisdom and understanding through what ever will manifest on the outher planes...

The biggest relief this morening was knowing that it is not my Mother or Fathers fault why I lived the life I have lived and my choices I made, but it was all for me to help me rise to a bigger purpose.

Ignorance is blind not bliss.

Just knowing the Heart paves the say to true salvation and deliverance because it enables us to really love ourselves through change and to accept our shortcomings, becuase without the experience where would have my dreams come from? Dreams come from within.

And if I shed this body, at least I will know that the old is gone and the new is upon us to create... peace brother...

And really it is a relief to take our life on us, what is is...
That's that! From there face the moment...
Facing it knowing that we are loved and are love, and our true Divine Mother and Father are there...
And if we just let ourselves go beyond the words and thje concepts... And FEEL it... To BE it... It is really there...

Sometimes I have to remind myself to let go of the words too, and just be in that love, that is unconditional and just flow in abundance...

And no matter what comes down, in these days and ages, to know ourself, to know ourself to be connected with that One Life, as well as to eachothers heart by heart... That makes sense, and that opens life in a new way...

Even the outher planes of existence may seem threatening or confusiong... Inside we KNOW... The heart does...
