That's why it is so important... Life-important... To know ourselves, at the deepest levels...
That's really the only way to know what is right and what is wrong, to be able to resonate inwards at the innermost level...
In this world even the senses, thus our own perception plays tricks with us...
So we need even go beyond the senses...
From there we may get an understanding of ourselves, and thereby an understanding of eachother...
Develop true caring from there, viewing matters inside out...
The isolated mind gets caught up in seeking knowledge, a road that never ends and may bring just confusion...
The heart opening, creates understanding... The heart and the higher mind working together gives wisdom, and from there the intellectual mind may be used as a servant (and not the master) and thus make room for true intuition...

Insider did say very strict moral codes would be needed and that many or most humans do not have the temperament. Or something very similar.

I guess that is why he/she also said there is only one struggle, and it is now, on a personal level.

It would be very hard when we have been trained to react instead of thinking, feeling and doing through the before mentioned "lens"
