68F in Dallas this morning, it's nice on the patio except for all the Mosquitos.

I have an electric tennis racket thing that I can use to zap them. Still waiting for our first hard freeze, hopefully it will be here tomorrow.

Coming in today around 2-3pm,looking forward of the cool temps...been hot and dont even feel like x-mass shopping.

Ugg, today would be a good day to hibernate, just not going to happen.



Winter hasn't even officially begun.
I'm now a popsicle, but the sky is blue and the sun is shining.

We knew we would pay for that mild winter we had last year.

It isn't cold here. Been too dang warm for me with highs in low 80s. I am dreaming of a white Christmas lol

It's actually a beautiful winter day, the snow glistens in the sunlight and as long as you are dressed for it, it's not so bad.

Only problem is the air is so cold and dry it makes it hard to breath when you start working outside.

Went for coffee with a friend whose comment when I said we were nuts to be out and about was "we're a hearty bunch of nuts though".

So whose crazier, doomsters or those of us that live in the land of ice and snow?

Thoughts to ponder.
