Here are the top snowfall totals, as of mid-morning Sunday, in each state:
•Ivanhoe, Minn.: 13"
•Near Brookings, S.D.: 11"
•Ashley, N.D.: 6.5"
•Near Maysville, Colo.: 4.2"
•Near Grantsburg, Wisc.: 3"
•Clermont, Ia.: 1.9"

Blizzard conditions were reported in Mobridge, S.D. overnight Saturday night. No travel was advised across several east-west routes in South Dakota, including a stretch of Interstate 90 from west of Sioux Falls to near Chamberlain Sunday morning.

This snow finally put an end to a record streak of 279 straight days without measurable snow from early March through December 8 in Des Moines, Ia.
