The familiar symbol of Freemasonry is the letter "G:" in the interlocked compass and square that is put upon the altar of the Temple in the first three degrees.

now that i think about it more, it is clear that the compass has a pivot which means the angle and size of circles can be adjusted, this probably means that the femanine side can be empowered or weakened, and the square which is masculine can not be adjusted or changed.

perhaps thats why we are a left braid dominant species... the angle of the compass has been reduced sometime in the past

apollo if square is indeed female, then by rotating the symbol 90 degrees to the left so that compass is on left side and square on the right, that would mage the G appear like the hebrew letter TET.
