Physical tissue damage is dependent on the type of tissue and damage. Everything will heal, but all tissues must be in alignment to heal properly.



The brain can heal, it takes time and specific foods and supplements can be used.

Organs can heal, some take longer and some are more susceptible to toxins or damage than others.

On our journey we encounter many obstacles, healing and returning to a focused center is important.

Foods will affect us directly, and our amount of sleep, rest, mental and emotional work and stress as well as exercise.

The sun can cleanse and heal us on many levels, but our atmosphere and solar system is changing so sometimes the energy is too powerful, radiant or unshielded.

Clean water is important too, pure, fresh water. There are many energy clearing exercises and we can remove ourselves from toxic environments to reduce fatigue and influence healing.
