I too am a servant of the God of the Israelites and God's Anointed King [His Word]. I will support those he enlists as Christ.

I would like to be clear though.

Jesus, or the man, as he was know in his time "Yehoshua Ben Nun" or "Iahushua' Ha-Mashiach" is not the name of the God of Israel.

Jesus (Iah-u-shua'), is a title that translates to "Iah is our Salvation". The title Christ ensures us that this was anointed by God himself.

Today, however, Jesus has become to many an Idol of Gods Word. One who Worships only Jesus, worships an Idol, the Idol is their own salvation.

Jesus himself warns the Isrealites of the D'evils (of evil) plot. The Devil said to Jesus in his temptation Matt 4:9 And he said to Him, "All these things I will give You if You will fall down and worship me." Then Jesus said to him, "Away with you, Satan! For it is written, 'You shall worship the Lord your God, and Him only you shall serve.'"

Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. For if we do not know the son how do we expect to know his father? It is through Gods Word, and its Salvation, that we enter his Kingdom.

I have no personal issue using the name Jesus in respect of Gods Word, for his word is our salvation. After all, our Lord God, Iah (title proper), seen fit to personify his Word by making it Flesh. So that we might Hear his word, and receive its message.

This is confirmed by the title Messiah, "Messanger of Iah"; Deliverance of the Lords Word.

However, its important to note that God is more to us than our salvation alone. Worshiping works of the Flesh is Idolatry in any context:

Galatians 5:19-21 "Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God."

God has issued the law. He has Commanded it. God has not yet Judged. The Last Judgment, Final Judgment, Day of Judgment, Judgment Day, or The Day of the Lord is what this Thread speaks on.
