Coming in at page one billion on this thread, I am assuming the OP was full of crap on his offer.

However, it is still an intriguing question, and a trick one, at that.

The Creator, of course, is always in charge of all existence, including earth. However, He did delegate responsibilities for earth to one person "in the beginning":

Adam.

Adam means "man" or "mankind".

He literally gave the earth to mankind, to do with it what we will.

So the real answer is that we, as in all of us, rule the world, together.

If corrupt governments exist, it is because we allow them to exist.

If injustice rules in this world, then we can only look in the mirror to find the culprit.

And so on.

As for the Accuser, God only gives him the ability to use whatever methods he likes to test mankind. But mankind always has the power to walk away from or to prevail over these tests.

Ultimately, though, it will be Christ who rules the new earth. Right now, though, He is the savior/shepherd of our slumbering spirits after we depart this earth.

We made our first move with a tsunami that took out fukushima since jspan wanted to kill off our whales. Everything is set perfectly in motion since your govt wanted to deny god his rightful role on this planet! Now i have to figure out how to neutralize radiation because of your denial!!!
