I've been following this for years and this is the real deal, D at RTS is the real deal. I found the post I'm responding to by googling the significance of Jan 20th because of what's written on the RTS blog. I think the bunkers are for the elite to avoid the righteous indignation of the masses when announcements are made and the people realize what's been done to them. Makes more sense than anything.
