Someone put a sun filter on the camera to film the sun (so its really daylight). The greenish object (from the filter) is the moon (in daylight). The filter also makes it look night time.

This is so stupid, you see countless other shots of the moon where you can clearly see there is no object.

No that's the sun and moon in daylight. It looks nigh time because of a sun filter.
