I am 32 now. Been smoking for years. Staying sober for third month now.

I mean no alcohol, no tobacco, no weed.

Quit alcohol, tobacco and other drugs over 2 years ago.

Weed was my last barrier.

Third month.

Still feel strong urge to smoke.

But I became more productive. More focused.

I love weed. It's makes me happy :]

First of all they shouldnt be drug testing for weed anymore. They should only be drug testing for pills. Pills are the worst of all the drugs combined. You are probably a pill head. I can always tell a pill head.

I had that problem too. So I started to visit swimming pool. After 2km when I got home I fell totally asleep without any problems.

Also I have noticed that in most cases 4 - 6 hours of sleep during the week are enough for me.

So I only sleep for 6-8 hours on sunday.
