Officers later caught him. ^^^^THIS^^^^ Is EXACTLY what is wrong in America these days.... I mean, if the fucking sprout has the balls to car-jack some poor woman with a Fucking HANDGUN.... WHAT EXACTLY are the Parents supposed to do with him. THIS problem started Long before this fateful day. And, I'm sure, due to the age of the "Suspect" that the officers had no choice but to return him to his parents. We're living in this society where everyone is hands off... It'll be the end of us.
