What people do not understand about "fatness" and thinness
We are all not meant to be mountain lions (i would have used the word cougar but that word is taken) some of us are meant to bears.

Not everything in life is meant to be a certain "scientifically" determined weight. We are not robots. We are human beings and we each adapt to life differently.

as long as you are not in a motorized wheelchair or not got your ass in a car, truck or suv all the time you should be fine.

WALLKK !!!!! Stop using the damn machines so much. And please don't use the gyms. Get out there in nature and be physical. Walk, ride a bicycle. Get around by natural means.

Thin is not always healthy and a lot of time (in my opinion) is flat out unhealthy, especially when the mega changes begin. Thin will not be in and it will definitely not be healthy.

The healthiest body a person can have right now is a combination of fat and muscle. Eat big, drink some beer and get exercise naturally. That is the proper way to live. And please do NOT listen to "scientist" about your "ideal weight" because it is all bullshit coming from them. YOU ARE IN INDIVIDUAL. You are not a robot.

Oh and if you are a man considered overly so about "fatness" i should say you may be turning homosexual. I am not being sarcastic i am being for real.

You are one step away from saying "does my butt look big in these pants?" Then after that you will be asking for some pegging and some flowery dresses.

Genes determine it to some degree lack of exercise and over eating are largely responsible and also so is alcoholism.

fat people are fucking disgusting and should be sneered at daily. I work my ass off in the gym every day and eat very clean.

Its ok to be slightly chubby but when you wobble when you walk you fucking suck.

take your excuses else where

As long a they don't own a car, truck or suv or move about in one of those motorized wheelchairs and continue to walk and get around NATURALLY they will be fine. You on the other hand better watch your health. You are disconnected from the natural world. I can tell.

But you are off balance by being to confrontational. I am smart and can use that against you.

I will say peace and not move. And you will do what ? Come at me ? As soon as you do you are off balance and that can be used against you. If you know "karate" you should know that. But i feel todays "karate" is lacking. But hey time will tell.

Nothing is stronger than a person who stands their ground in peace. Nothing.

I think we should all just get along and accept each other for who we are. Stop trying to be a nazi about weight. Have some faith in people to get it right whatever type of person they are. Mountain lion or bear.

Oh for crying out loud. Another weight nazi. Quick go to your vomitorium and purge your lunch and or dinner.

If you are thin and shooting heroin in your veins is that ok (some will do that for thinness yes) ? if you are thin and constantly worried about appearance and health is that ok ? Is it ok to be a manic nut about it ? Is it ok to be bulimic or anorexic ? Because that is what our society is creating by all the counter common sense on weight talk.

I heard even men now are being diagnosed with bulimia and anorexicia. Surely a sign of the end times when men start worrying about it.

There are actual medical conditions that cause people to be overweight.

I always say, don't be so quick to judge. :-)

Eh i dont believe that. People just love to eat. The bottom line is ................................how do you get around with who you are ?

I worked a job when i weighted 235 pounds at 5'9" for six years which required a tremendous amount of walking. I worked with dudes in their late teen years and early twenties who were suppose to be "in shape" they could not last one week sometimes not even 3 days in a row. I worked that job for 6 years. Why ? What does that tell you ? They were suppose to be "in shape" and i was not. But for some odd reason i lasted longer than they did. hhhmmmmm imagine that.

I have seen this pattern over and over and over. Same shit different day. The thin folks just have no stamina in a real world sense.

A combination of fat and muscle is unstoppable. People watch too much tv and movies. Too programmed.

Could you imagine a thin rhino or a thin hypopotimous or a thin elephant or a thin bear ? LOL unimaginable. cant be done. Or how about a thin whale ? or a thin santa claus. or how about a skinny ol king cole ? or how about a skinny Godzilla (omg noooooooo America's skinny Godzilla sucked big time!!!!)

Some things just are not meant to be like that. It just isnt.

Listen folks. Turn off the tv and stop watching movies and the news because it is truly programming your common sense into extinction and leaving you as mindless robots who can only spew what the program wants you to.

Think outside the box. Go beyond the programming.

Look try this.....imagine a world where are there no machines. Zero. None. Just big massive eaters who are human and little jack rabbit type vegetarian humans who munch on leaves and berries. There are different types of human beings. There just are. I refuse to believe in the forced eugenics the ptb are trying to jam down peoples throats.

I'm an ectomorph and I'm on a 7,000 calorie diet 130G of protein and drink beer everyday. Managed to put 35 pounds of muscle and 18% body fat in 5 months.. I'm now 150 pounds.

Re: What people do not understand about "fatness" and thinness
Super endomorph here. When I get in shape nothing stops me I have endless energy I'm strong... and I still do not have to eat much to get by. If I eat too much so I will gain some weight....

The key is I don't have to eat a lot to maintain my strength and stamina and still my weight really won't go down unless I really really push it and really count my calories.

Me and other endomorphs are the ones that survived the plagues in the food short shortages... not you skinny little shits

There really are medical conditions that cause people to be overwieght...maybe only 2 conditions and maybe only 1% of the population, but they do exist.
