Human beings in a whole are malevolent.

The process can only have a result with 2 outcomes.
Completion or Extinction.

Humans are not allowed to seed yet, because of their status.

It is not a case of being allowed to as you put it. It is a case of being able to. Were the moon habitable, we would have already seeded it.

Empathy is what most the humans lack especially your leaders, empathy is just as important in comparison to logical etc...

If for instance, the "electric air" is conscious, then that which surround us at all times is just trying to tell us how much it loves us.
