Blame could easily be placed with the hospital who more than likely gave her more than a slap on the wrists over it. At first news of this lady commiting 'suicide', I thought it must have been the second nurse, who gave out all the information. This nurse (the first one) hardly said anything at all and put her through to the next one.

It doesn't make sense. Maybe it wasn't suicide and why is the World blaming the Dj's when there was no proof of suicide as yet....no note, nothing. If she took an overdose, it might even have been murder (not her taking it but being forced - a dreaded thought). I think the World should calm down until there is proof and let justice be served.
