I get the Word of God out to the members of a little church, in various ways. I print the church bulletin, edit their newsletter and do whatever other menial task I'm assigned. :-)

I helped people heal their bodies (with help from hospital dieticians) as a hospital cook. Moved to resteraunts where the hardest workers (line cooks) are underpaid and overworked while servers rake in more than us. (whatever)

I'm now doing audio/visual instillation with my step dad which is more promising financially. We have a contract to fully outfit San Antonio new soccer team stadium with speakers, screens and networking servers. There's a better labor/income ratio. I consider myself lucky and recognize and appreciate the opportunity to work with my step dad. Although initially my passion was culinary. I'm the hugest lurker here and it's nice to post for once. Love and light to all of you out there trying to maneuver through this troubled economy. undefined

I was a book maker. I actually make the books out of a printed sheet of paper. Case bound, soft back, and magazines, I made them all. It is a dying art to be able to make books by hand. Though my hands are now beyond the ability to continue, my knowledge still stands.

I have many jobs, all of which could be viewed negatively on GLP. But as the saying goes, someone has to do them.

1. Process Server. We serve court papers.
2. Private Investigator. We surveil those accused of defrauding Work Comp laws and benefits. We find people. Also, infidelity investigations.
3. Legal Software. I'm the inventor.
4. Fingerprinters. For Employment purposes. Livescan.
5. In 2013 I'm starting 2 new businesses.
A. License Plate & stickers, renewals, title transfers.
B. Auto Insurance and casualty sales.
6. I also own a real estate investment business.
7. If we make it past the next couple years, I'm sure I'll add a couple more services to my businesses. I'd gladly entertain your ideas.
8. My wife is the principal of a high school.

I simply like working for myself.

It doesn't matter to the exterior world. What we do is absolutely pointless externally. We could go away tomorrow and no one would miss us.

The greatest value is we provide jobs to about 10 people. We enhance the lives of about 20 more with value as vendors to us or we as vendors to them. They would miss us internally.

I heal dogs of their anxieties and injuries with my hands and nutraceuticals / homeopathics.
