How come no answer from viewers

Hello, I am new to this site. I have posted a couple of questions and although others have viewed my question, there has been no responces. There are a lot of intelligent people here, and some are very very funny, so I like this site.
I was wondering,how to get someone who knows about the different rife machines to help me out? I am at a cross roads and do not really know much about these machines.
There is the Essential Photon vs the Bcx machine. Is there anyone that can tell me what is the difference, and if one is better than the other?
Oh, and I am not a blogger or poster really, so this is new to me too. Am I not seeing responces? I keep checking the same forum and that is how I see the number of views go up but not a reply?
There has to be someone out there that knows a lot more than me about rife machines that can help. Thanks so much and hopefully this comes across the way it is intended. Seeking help and not being critical. Thank you.
