Can anyone tell me what this means? When I completely abstain from sex for about a month or so and eat very very healthy, I start to get like a burning sensation at the base of the spine. Like its hot and almost itchy. I've never experienced the energy rising at all, just the hot sensation at the base of the spine. It's pretty much is like that constantly until I eventually ejaculate again and then the burning sensation goes away. Is this the coil of energy? And if so, how do I get it to rise? Thanks for anyone who can help.

Kundalini rise opens up chakras on its way.

Have you experienced them?

You must feel sensations, vibrations where these chakras are located in the body.

And when kundalini rises and opens up chakras you must develop siddhis, meaning supernatural powers. Some common ones are no more hunger, thirst, white hair, less sleep etc.

But as you higher the powers will amazing. You could walk on water like Jesus, teleport to other places, even fly. Yogis do that all the time in the Himalayas. And they live for hundreds of years since after kundalini awakens they stop aging. If all these things havent happened to you get it means the kundalini hasnt awoken but only stirred a little. When the real thing happens, you will know and your life would never be the same.
