JUST-IN: Japan MSM reported Spike in Radiation Releases at Nuclear-Fuel Plant after recent M7.3 Quake
Nikkei, the news service, is reporting that at the fuel processing plant [in Aomori], which is nowhere near the center of the earthquake, there was also a spike in radiation releases.
