I didn't read the whole thread nor did I watch the video but immediately when I saw this, my first thought was of the horror films and police movies back in the day.
It was always a running joke that all the black people got killed first or at least all the black folks in the movie got killed and only the white person lived. So my thought was he was making a joke about that in some comedic way.
But what is really disturbing is that this type of thing has been said and done by MANY comedians over the years and only now that our pc society has kicked in full-gear is it a problem.
Eddie Murphy had a whole thing about Killing his landlord.. well what color do you think the landlord was? DUH!!! I could go on and on and on.
George Jefferson always talked about "WHITEY"and hated white folks with a passion and that was not only accepted it was celebrated.
People should be able to say whatever they want to say and we need to drop this politically correct BS NOW!!!

And by the way, I am black and Jamie Foxx doesn't not pay my bills or bring me food or otherwise row my boat so I don't give a damn what he says!
