What gets me are the buyers whining for feedback to be left after they buy before they leave theirs. Nothing more annoying than a whiner sending messages through ebay crying that they want their feedback.

I hold out in case the purchaser has a problem or is dissatisfied so I can correct it before they flame with bad feedback. By the way, I am a Top Rated Power Seller with a 100% feedback. Sounds to me like you like to hold something over the buyer just in case they leave bad feedback on you... Like I said before the buyer can only pay in a prompt manner...once they do that you should leave feedback... Doesn't that make sense? no they can damage the sellers rep because of something stupid, always wait for the buyers feedback 1st!
