Well not every baby survives, and of course a leopard is really the best caretaker for a baby monkey...still an interesting video nonetheless.

First, the baby baboon is cuddling up with Mom's killer, and ultimately its own killer, through exposure and starvation.

I'm not so sure what's so wonderful about this vid to some of you.

So a young leopard(?) has a few curious and maybe maternal moments for another species. Meh.

Also, I am always amazed at all the close up camera angles on this expeditions.

How will the baby monkey survive without her mother? It is better that the Leopard kills the baby also.

I know. I feel the same way but they are trying to document what happens if there is no intervention so we can see what happens. And who is going to get that baby from that big cat? That would be dangerous and they might not have had any provisions for that baby anyway. You can't film a documentary and then keep intervening. It would be hard in the beginning but maybe the people filming just get use to the harshness of nature and accept how it is. Maybe if the cat had just gone off and abandoned it they might have done something or just let nature/hyenas have a meal. They need to eat and have families as well.
