I've had this for years as well. I eat pretzels for breakfast, it seems to help some.

Re: Morning Anxiety/Nausea
Do you drink caffine? That can cause anxiety and nausea. And....Yes it can just happen.

Yes pot makes it go away because you are 100% reliant on it. Dont listen to the bullshit that it isnt addictive because you should kno it absolutely is. Do you want to have to go through the rest of your life relying on a drug to get you through each day? Just try 2 days off once you get through the first day you wont believe how much better you feel the second

How did this turn into a discussion about pot haha. I do not smoke everyday! IMHO pot is fine in moderation like every other thing.

Just out of curiosity... Why are you so adamantly against it?
 Quoting: Gorg

Im not against it just caused me some problems in rhe past similar to what you described im not saying you are a hardcore pot addict but i smoked it everyday for 3years straight and it was a challenge for me to even go to the shop in the morning and get something to eat without feeling anxious and nausiated.

Pot did me a lot of favours in the past though in fact it helped me open my eyes to the real world but now i dont need it and i can see that you dont either. Listen to what your body is telling you. You can do it on your own now. The human mind is an amazing thing hf

Re: Morning Anxiety/Nausea
It's funny how everyone who posts symptoms similar to this ALL smoke pot. But they ALL say, it's the pot that makes it better. How 'bout you stop smoking pot for a week and see if it goes away. I'm not Einstein but my guess is that it will.

Please read the discussion. I am not an everyday pot user. I smoke like some people drink. My stomach cant handle alcohol. A lot of people drink 2 -3 nights a week... does that make them alcoholics?

Well, you are right there is something going on, need I say more?

Re: Morning Anxiety/Nausea
Day 4 of my Vegeterian diet... So far so good! My "morning sickness" has really started to subside! The anxiety has also gone down, which leads me to believe my anxiety was related to my stomach issues. Anyway 3 more days to go. Im not sure if Im ready to be full on vedge yet, but to be honest it was a lot easier than i thought and I have started to feel a lot better!

Good for you.....After a few days eat some meat and see if it returns. That will be a sure fire way to test, that you cannot stomach meat :)
