YES!! and its gettin on my nerves. I thought it was hormone problems but guess not

OMG, I go from sweating to chills in a matter of a minute. I too am in my early 50's, SE Florida, so I do attribute some of this to those two factors but it seems to be getting amped up.
I've noticed other people complaining about this too but it's hard to tell if these people just like kvetching opposed to being a real issue.
But I'd say it's gotten real bad or uncomfortable the last 2 months and...getting worse instead of better. After all we're theoretically in winter (well, on the 21st) so the heat is behind us although...it's still uncomfortable out there. I've had my AC on for 3 days now.
My change started 3 years ago. So that too should be dissipating not exacerbating.

I just don't know anymore what's me, what's natural or what's 2012-related.

I thought this was supposed to be a 'great time to be alive'???
So far I cease to see that.

It's got so I can lie in bed with the husband, feel myself get hot - ask how he's feeling - he will be hot too. Then get cold 10 minutes later - and he is the same.

This is when the AC and heating is turned off, since it's pretty nice right now in Florida, so it's not that.

And when a lady in her 70s told us the same thing - well - she is well past the change of life!

I'm 57 yr old woman, living at 4,500 ft elevation in a sparsely populated mountain area of Far N.E. Ca.

Been getting hot to cold since 2007, went through menopause by age 46 with nothing like this.

Took me yrs to connect the solar activity with the hot to cold. 2007 was a very active solar yr.

I have several friends and family members who are experiencing this among other symptoms when the solar gets going.

Many of us have those pesky ear tones that go from quiet to very loud, and is usually the first to hit..And then a very dry mouth, the whole mouth, or just tongue, or roof of mouth..and dry eyes..Stomach upset,mild to extreme..lots of sinus drainage with no infection.

A rapid heartbeat, often with emotional distress, like a 20 min. panic attack, just before a flare/etc.. is reported.

Disturbed sleeping patterns, difficulty sleeping at night.

A heavy pulling overall body feeling, like waves of heavy energy that makes it difficult to walk..

And finally a vibrating that almost always starts in the feet and moves up the body. And disappears after the earthquakes start, which seems to dissipate most of the symptoms within hrs...Until the solar kicks up again and the whole process restarts.

Of course if the solar keeps going, so do the symptoms..bleck..

Happens quiet often lately to the point that I am jacking the heat up and down regularly even to the point of turning it all the way off at times.Very odd feeling,nothing like a hot flash.

Weird you all mention this live on the west coast, but been feeling really hot then cold like I am chilled and just need to warm up even though my place is warm inside, but hot at night sweltering even so that I have to have the window open and it's cold outside yet can't seem to feel it. Thought something was wrong with me circulation issues, but healthy as a horse, 33 and female.

No fever, maybe from tiredness at the end of the day we thoutht,
