prop. 19 was defeated by PRO-POT voters.

there was supposed to be a JACK HERER APPROVED INNITIATIVE,

one that would offer TRUE LEGALIZATION,
NO CRAP ABOUT ONLY ONE OUNCE,
or size of garden,
no excessive licenceing to sell,
etc.

NO 'GIVEAWAYS' to please the prohibitionists.
(like giving away our right to drive a vehicle, even though we cannot become 'intoxicated' by smoking pot)
