While I do not believe in these prophecies from what I understand it is a city that is pretty much in ruins and deserted at the moment..

I guess my questions would be, so how much of a ruinous heap does it have to be to be considered "full filled"?

While I do not believe in these prophecies from what I understand it is a city that is pretty much in ruins and deserted at the moment..

I'd say flattened completely

The believers in the Christian prophecy will settle for no less than all inhabitants dead and the city wiped off the map because their God is the only God and they expect him to show the non-believers how powerful he is

I tend to lean towards the notion that they will call it fulfilled when it suits the current agenda.

Which is why I dislike these types of prophecy as you can interpret them any way you choose *shrugs*
