The ones who play rap music really loud, or the ones who own 3 yapping dogs who poop diarreah on the sidewalk... or maybe the guy who parks his long bed truck in two parking places, or the woman who shreeks at her family all the live long day... etc. etc.
Geez.
Who can be friends with ANYBODY these days?

I am not talking about my neighbours here I am only refering to world leaders. If world leaders are not freinds then the world will become an unstable place. Only with freindship comes trust, only with trust comes peace.

Its doesn't seem a likely senario to me.

I was just pointing out that its a real toughie to get along at the most basic levels.

At "high leader levels" they'd be paranoid and probably tape record every conversation.
