Regular healthy bowel movements mean you are healthy.. that is a “solidish” type log, about 2 or 3 hours after a meal. At least, that is what the books say. So anything deviating from that would not be healthy... Many loose ones, could indicate the body getting rid of some sickness, or it could be that you are sick (flu for example) and that sickness has thrown your digestive enzymes for a loop. Acidophilus may help if this is the case.. it will bring your digestive tract back into a healthy state. Stay healthy!!! If the pooper aint workin, things can go down hill pretty fast. |
