Scientists have looked at the Calender and it does in fact end on December 21st 2012.

Many people have theorys about all this. Your mind gets changed pretty easy if one little article perfectly timed with all these events for puplicity gets a mention on Yahoo of all places.

They are trying to calm the masses down. People are worried. Hey lets run an article and say the guy was on drugs and say this guy is publishing a book in 2013. That outta work. Worked on you.
