Chances are if you're a fan of zombie films and The Walking Dead, you already think I'm an asshole.

But please hear me out, as I'm one of you!

I was bitten by the zombie fairy some time ago. It may have started with The Return of the Living Dead somewhere between Linnea Quigley’s (aka Trash, the pink-haired punk-rockette,) nude scene, that puts Jamie Lee Curtis' flashing in Trading Places to shame and to no lesser extent, Thriller by Michael Jackson.

This was the golden era of zombie cinema.

I am talking about the comics. You cannot compete with them.

Far more brutal and raw than the T.V show

the walking dead is like harry potter, mediocre at best but popular because of an audience STARVING for that genre!

TWD misses the mark on so many levels.

i have read the comic up to the point where only rick and carl are alive after the gov crashes in and takes the prison.

I read it No. 100 GLEN die!!! Horribly Naga smashed Glen´s head with a beisbol bat

You have much more to read. The prison battle with the Gov was in book 8 I think. There are 17 now.

Plus more people are alive than just Rick and Carl. At that point you still have

Yea, that was pretty rough Negan smashed his head with that barbed wire bat until Glenns head looked like mashed potatoes. Rick couldn't do anything about it except watch..

Question is who is going to be more bloody? the governor or Negan

Negan seems more brutal than the Gov..well maybe. But Negan def has a faaaar bigger gang. Rick has some sort of a plan, at the end of the last one, he told that guy to follow the prisoner they let loose..he seemed like he had a plan..

Yes, the people, the "living" (the walking dead)they are far dangerous and brutal than zombies. And I think that this comic foresee an American future when the people are not ready to live without rules or laws

His name is Jesus right? Jesus has a plan with Rick, but it seems Rick´s son is going to destroy the plan. This boy is traumatized. I don´t remember if he saw his mother being shot in the back along his baby sister. When they escape from the prision.

I was shocked when carl got half his face blew off. That picture in the comic was crazy. Carl standing there with only half a face..

Michone origin is something to talk in that one shot. Michone was like an executive sales or something like that. Robert Kirkman don´t tell how Michone learned to use the saber...

Yea that's true.

I have to wait all the way until June before I get the next edition of the comic....since I get em in the books.

So Jesus is captured by Nega´s band in the last issue. Now Rick has three problems:

1. Save traumatized-one-eye Carl.
2. Save Jesus (!!!!)
3. Destroy Negan´s power

Rick is on the road to be like the Governor because he has to be brutal...and without enough people, guns and bullets.

it´s going to be epic.

In a Z.A you MUST be brutal

The Walking Dead doesn't suck just because it isn't the flesh-ripping fan fest you want it to be. The big theme of The Walking Dead is survival and the behavior of desperate peoples.

Yes, WD is not about zombies that ´s for RESIDENT EVIL FANS

Season 3 of Walking Dead certainly proved WestCoastTruth wrong. My articles about the Walking Dead and about how World War Z is gonna suck was WAY better than his article too, by the way.
