IF used moderately and respectfully. Take a look at the world now.. abused abused abused. It's not weed/vitamins/alcohol that screws us over, its the people themselves using it and ABUSING it. But yea I agree with you it could help you when not abused.

Yea, its good at making your face turn yellowish around the eyes and such. Yellow nice wrinkles.
