Iran launching its own youtube copy as part of the Iranian Internet project.

Iranian government has planned to start Iran's own internet called in english "clean internet" and others project like the clean youtube clone it calla affection in english. There are plans of Iran's own operating system separated from windows and mac, linux, etc. that is under development.

It seems Iranian government wants to separate the normal western and world wide internet for Iranians.
