cut out all the "tsars" and their staffs that he appointed.

defund every earmark added on to every bill signed into law over past ten years.

His buddies will have their jobs as long as hes in the white house, theyre the ones that arent letting these things like his birth certificate and foreign aid files get out to the masses.

cut the federal welfare and food stamps programs which now give people more money than working at a job in many places.

eliminate whole departments, bureaus, and agencies that duplicate what some other ones do and some of which no one even knows what they do.

eliminate all the grants that are in the many books on the market telling people how to get "free" money from the federal government.

start decreasing by 20% each year the amount of cash foreign aid handed out all over the world, especially to countries where the people hate us anyway. By all means, let us continue to help with disaster relief and search and rescue when needed but start eliminating the cash give-aways.

It may be not be trillions at first, but it is a start.
