Based on the trailer and it being shyamalan - there will be two twists. Twist 1 is revealed in the trailer, "it's Earth".

Twist two, I think: time travel to pre-historic earth (sabertooth tiger in trailer?) and the Smith boys somehow become the seeders of our earth as of today.

Don't go - he prolly thinks the same way Jamie Foxx does.
