I agree. My intent was to establish that I was nott some basement dweller that had no real world experience, but that I was capable of real critical thought and was trained in serious scientific methodology.

I find it impressive, and indeed it set the tone for your OP.

Interesting topic. Your description leads me to think of some airborne contaminant as your sensibilities returned once you left the environment. I am aware of EMF pollution and its purposeful distortion of natural frequencies. It would not surprise me if a chemical agent is added to artificial environments to effect a desired outcome in human behaviour.

Thanks for that! Not looking for self-aggrandizement, just understanding. Air manipulation is a thought. I did experience this today as well for a few minutes too though, but as soon as I was in my car it stopped (faraday cage phenomenon). Just trying to figure it out and see if maybe it may be due to our galactic events at hand.

Either way, its late and I'm headed to bed. Will check on this tomorrow. GN GLP.

That's your doom sense tingling. You're picking up moran vibes from the drones rushing around you and you get a sense of danger from the unpredictability that comes with being a moran. It's sort of a sixth sense you gain after browsing GLP for a while and it will serve you well when TSHTF.

Could it be "the fog"? There's a thread in which people around the US are reporting strange fog that started last week and is still continuing. Some are reporting symptoms similar to yours I believe. It says Georgia but others have chimed in.

"the Zone is a dreamlike state, a state in which the flow between the conscious and the unconscious mind is unencumbered"
- Finding Your Zone: Ten Core Lessons for Achieving Peak Performance in Sports and Life by Dr. Lardon

You stated, there was a normal amount of people there. But, remember, this is the shopping season, and in particular this month, December, will be when people will probably be rushing the most.

So if I'm right, try this, go to a crowded store, and where people, will once again, be rushing to shop, and importantly will specifically be cutting you off, and that will require that you have to dodge people, and carts (this will be more common specifically this month, where people more will be rushing to get gifts).

I believe you will then once again enter this state.

You dodging the customers, required you to be in this zen like state (the zone / flow), where you had to consciously focus on the present moment (dodging customers and carts).

Now to contrast this state, try this same shop, when very little people are there, or, more specifically when the people aren't rushing (a non-holiday season / month). I believe, you will then not be able to enter this state.

I am an extreme critical thinker an have almost perfect score on my GRE for analytical skills (again, no BS). I have been drawn to this site because of its acuity and ability for insight, News is often news here before it's news elsewhere. I like that. Non-filtered I guess.

Anyway, I just talked with my "other" about an episode at a local store two days ago.

We entered and after about five minutes I said everything "feels" weird." Now keep in mind she knows how I analyze things and am more intense than most because of who I am. But she knows nothing of this site and its undue influences on perception. It is easy to fall down the rabbit hole here. Only the strong survive this vortex and stay here. Others leave or are velcroed into the "doom that may come at any moment anxiety."

So my story. The store was at normal capacity but we felt crowded, more than should be appropriate given the number of people. Carts were cutting off people at random. We had to dodge oncoming shoppers as if we weren't even there. They really seemed like "almost" Zombies.

Leaving we spoke about how we felt light headed (like nitrous at a dentist). Then today I was teaching, all was fine. As soon as I left the building I was light headed again, almost like I smoked something. This lasted until I got into my car.

I just talked to my wife about it and it made me think of Faraday Cages. I was fine once insulated. I teach that we are are all only energy-nothing more.

I think I agree with the sun and magnetic effects theory. I have been experiencing similar physical symptoms as well including ringing in my ears and intense anxiety. This is new these past few months and getting worse. I'm a Psych N.P. and would like to think we are all a bit wacked out over doomsday, but this feels physical.

I have a business degree from a top midwestern university, but my opinion has nothing to do with my academic education.

Over the past few years, I have discerned that I have a gift of being a medical intuit. I have checked my prognosis against medical tests on myself and others, and the medical tests have confirmed my suspicions.

As for the OP and what one person said about your heart... your heart is fine, but your wife's is not as good as it should be.

As for the post about checking your liver... OP needs liver support but wife's liver is fine. OP most likely drinks too much and it has affected your liver.

As for checking your blood sugar... both of you have no real issues with blood sugar at this time.

I had a similar experience about two weeks ago where I walked into a gas station to purchase some coffee and I became dazed. I temporarily forgot what I came in to get, and then spilled my coffee everywhere. An attendant helped me clean it up, but this person seemed to be just as clumsy as me. Once I left the station, I was fine.

I have discerned that I have issues with my thyroid, which is the master gland that affects every bodily function in some capacity. My thyroid was more troubled in the gas station than usual.

OP and wife have issues with thyroid also... you might want to check your basal body temperature as I suspect that you are both below normal ( below 98.6 F)

Ever heard of Schumann resonance?

It's Earth's natural rhythm at 7.83HZ. It's also the frequency of Alpha waves in the human brain.

Amazing isn't it?

Guess what the RF from cell towers and everything else in this modern world is doing to us?

I can only say if there should ever be another Carrington event, I welcome it.

for anyone, whos not a medical doctor, to suggest really specific diagnoses without running tests, is; i dont know if it's irresponsible, but it's definitely ridiculous.

anyhow, the OP was fishing for some possible "psychic" explanation. and I don't think that's ridiculous, so if we have any mediums or actual experts of the paranormal, that might be helpful to him.

I've had similar experiences since about 2 weeks ago. I'm having earthquake migraines, so you know how depressing and aggravated those can make one feel along with the pain.

But, I have been feeling like something wonderful, something extraordinary is happening, or is about to. Almost like the edge of euphoria. Every once in a while I feel like things are a bit floaty around me, real, but momentarily lighter.

Having some vivid past life memory stuff going on too, knowledge that could change what we know about our ancient past. It's a big WOW!

Exactly. And it is something like that, but more, bigger, hard to explain.

Hmmmm................not a psychic thing exactly, not exactly a dimensional thing, not exactly an energy thing, but a little bit of all three. It's more like feeling that there was a cap on that was brain/thought limiting, and when the cap came off, there is an expanded use of the brain.

As close as I can explain, but still not quite. Anyone able to add to this? Does this sound like about the same to anyone? Seems like there isn't a word to quite attach to whatever is happening.

Degrees in Computer Science and Cognitive Psychology here. I'm also an EMT (I volunteer)

I'm definitely a "critical thinker". LOL

I understand what you're saying about the people in the store. Everyone seems to be "detached" from reality. Could be a side effect of stress - seems that everyone is stressed these days.

I have an unorthodox theory of my own, though.

I've noticed that my perception of time is really out of whack... a problem that's been on the increase for a couple of years now. Just in the last few months, however, I have realized that minutes, hours, days, weeks, and months have sped up to the point that I can't even think about tomorrow, because it's already here !! This change in perception tells me a lot.

That being said... I believe the problem originates from the change in the frequency of the electron spin in our bodies/brains/cells (I'm sorry I can't explain this in scientific terms LOL) - If the spin/frequency is not in tune with everything else in our universe (faster or slower), we just disappear and find ourselves in another dimension, right where we are.

I think electromagnetic anomalies can cause this change, and I wonder how much more we can absorb before we absolutely LEAVE/disappear from this dimension. - laughing and shaking my head.

It could be that you and your friend were feeling the effects of a "speeding up" or "slowing down" which cause you and the other people to disconnect from the reality that you're used to - not understanding what's happening to your body and your perception.

Good luck trying to understand what I'm trying to say. ROTFLMAO !!!!! 1dunno1

1. Viewpoints are just viewpoints until you are "convinced" and they become beliefs. Beliefs are very powerful. There is a precision to reality and the moment that you believed everything "feels" wierd, you reconfigure your experience to display scenarios that reinforce that belief.

2. I do believe that you are feeling lightheaded due to these incoming energies. Just watch out that you are not too heavily influenced by these kind of threads on GLP.

3. Since you like to analyze things, make sure that you are not attaching too much meaning to what you analyze. It seems that you are letting this "2012 ascension theme" influence your observations to the point where you are bringing this theme to the store with you and you are convinced that people are acting wierd because of the incoming 2012 energies. Beliefs can have a snowball effect if you cannot consciously control your viewpoints.

I've experienced something similar to what you're describing, glossy lights and a dream like surrounding, but it was after a concussion I received earlier this year lol.

But I've had experiences of auto-mode humans, and I've been in a zombified state, and it is a weird feeling.

For some reason I got the feeling you're hinting towards an aerosol spray, or something of the sort, affecting the balance in your body and causing the abnormal feelings. I'd say its all in your head, and anything anyone has to say is wild speculation at best. Maybe get a 2nd opinion from a colleague in your field. Who knows maybe listening to other people's lunacy for x amount of years has taken its toll.

But what do I know, I'm still livin the life in university.

I've been experiencing "vertigo", floating up kind of feeling off and on for over two weeks now; both in my car and out , so I'm ruling out the faraday cage theory. It just seems to hit me suddenly and at different times of the day. It's a very, very strange sensation. I'm wondering if perhaps it has anything to do with receiving a flu shot. I was required to get one this year as I work in the healthcare field. I've never had one before. Anyone else?

I have to rule out the Faraday cage theory, too, because it happens to me when I'm driving, also.

It's a strange feeling--like the car isn't real and I'm not really driving and the scenery is vivid.
It comes on suddenly and lasts a few seconds.

I can't really describe it and I don't think I like it. Especially at 50 mph.

As for the zombie shoppers--I think they've always been that way, but some of us are becoming aware and stepping back to take a look at what's around us.
At some point we were probably like them, but now, with knowledge of it, we're pulling back and seeing it for what it is.

It's the time of year. Everybody out shopping at Christmas time, their minds are on overload, too many things to get done and not enough time to do it. I enjoy going to the mall this time of year to witness the chaos first hand even though I have nobody to buy presents for nor any big festive meals to prepare.

Re: OK, No BS, Psychology PhD. Here. Strange experiences over the last week and reaching out...
Hi 888,

It's a form of cognitive dissonance induced by rapidly changing natural (electro magnetic, seismic, whether etc) and decaying social (economic collapse, all forms of falsified illusion collapse) environments...

However, concurrent with this (apparent decay), there is a accelerating unified coherence that enables an enduring Stillness/Presence that transcends all your thoughts, emotions and education.

This reversal has been known since remote antiquity. It's found within most sacred texts, indigenous tribes, art, architecture (the world over) etc.

The evidence of the immense profound solar system (perhaps larger) scale event, cannot now be denied or missed. It now cannot be hidden.

The reason you are just now becoming aware of its action, is precisely found in your self description. The western 'educated' mind has been welded to its own extremely biased (one-sideed) materialist paradigm, which negates a brilliant complete cosmology, which includes a Source Prime Creator (call it what you will, or deny it, it simply doesn't matter).

There is a profound (mostly) ignored part of Humanity (within You as well) that is 'connected' to the Whole, conscious of it or not, in times as these, IT ACTIVATES. It may be detected internally as Vibrations, Hum tones, Neural electric shocks, and definitly conscious state changes etc)

This activation can be a Smooth Transition (if your consciousness is aligned to & with it and ACCEPTS IT) or a brutal beat-down of the ego aspect.

REMEMBER. What can appear to the ego as a boon -can be a SPRITUAL DISASTER (rampant Soul sickness). Inversely, what appears (to the ego) as a devestating crisis; may be a profound SPIRITUAL boon.

Energitically (call it what you will), the situation on Earth and its population, has become EXTREME and has been incrementally 'graduating' the population into one of two aspects (in my own observational experience since ~1984ish, and extremely accelerating since 2009);

The following may be Conscious or Unconscious and will have its consequences...

1. Fully and willfully aligned with the existing 'falsified' matrix. Thus, the existing (and until now) RARE energies will fuel the ego to extreme physical- survival related, material-bourne pursuits. Most likely brutality 'carving' a place in the dualistic-severe hierarchy.

2. Enable a complete yeilding alignment to the accelerating Earth situation and let it go (with your 'higher-inner utility'). This will enable the above described Coherence that (compared to conventional thought) is apparently MIRACULOUS (!).

AKA 'Harvest'.

This entire immense Earth Bourne 'exercise' IS NOT A MISTAKE, IMAGINATION or ACCIDENT... It has been engineered (transcending our conscious 'reach') at very 'high' hyper-dimensional levels.

All the very best thought this!

I have several degrees too. One in Education, another in computer science, and another in Social Service. As a counselor working for many years with incarcerated juveniles in a "reform school" setting, I worked alongside several psychiatrists and psychologists. I ran group sessions with about 17 boys both within an institutional setting and in a group home setting. Without exception (not a blanket judgement), the "professionals" were educated fools. They had a "label" for everything (not surprising since the institution labeled everyone according to their crime, intelligence, abilities or lack of, personalities and their disorders, and other criteria of a personal nature). They, along all the labels, were absolutely worthless. They explained nothing, knew no recourse to behavior, went on and on about nothing and produced nothing in the form of remediation except on paper and only for their own satisfaction. Sorry, they just did not live in the "real world".

The "FACT" that you (as you state) are "reaching out" to an insanely rational/irrational site as this speaks reams about the depth of this experience and what it could possible mean to you and yours. It shows to me that in some manner (only sensed by you), you recognized "something" beyond the ordinary of which you had no experience and it was "unsettling" in a place where there is no space and time. No amount of psychology or "materialistic" knowledge can address this apparently novel experience to you and your wife. It falls in the realm of "gut feelings", intuitiveness, spirituality, and the SUPER natural. Although the experience may have felt "supernatural", it was actually SUPER natural.

Thes things simply do not find a place in the "real world" as viewed by most professionals--including myself at one point in time. My "realization" of thise things took dramatic turns after I had experienced what the human mind can do to the human body as shown by the very kids I counseled--unexplicable things that challenged my worldview of reality. By opening up to and using "unconventional" methods of "treatment", I was able to achieve nearly 100% success in breakthroughs to the psyche and every single kid made such changes in their lives that it allowed them to go on and lead productive lives that affected their whole families. It was SO successful that it brought it to the attention to the very professionals who eventually dismantled the program for fear of their own jobs and the funding that these "heads" represented to the institution.

So, what "unconventional method" did I use. Simple. Since I believed in God, but could not use "religion" to bring relief to these kids, I had to use the "methods" but not the words of true Christianity. Simply said, "love God with all your heart and soul, AND love your "neighbor" as yourself. My neighbors were these kids and there was no "feigning" this kind of love. They saw, and they responded in kind. It was real and they knew it, just as they "saw" these professionals as hypocrites and liars. The Scriptures tell us that God's spirit will fall upon ALL flesh in the last day. This experience is God's way of saying to you..WAKE UP!! There is more to reality than we can even imagine....now. All that is changing. If you are open to it, (and it seems that you are), it will lead you to even greater exhibitions of God's love. It would seem that He needs you for something in which you have no fear and are willing to step forward with it. Only YOU will know it when it happens. Only you can take it further. Only YOU can kill it.
The TRUTH is stranger than FICTION.

Re: OK, No BS, Psychology PhD. Here. Strange experiences over the last week and reaching out...

People of Science please respond. I know you are here. One professional to another- I would like your academic input. Thank you.

***Also please denote your expertise so I get a sense of where you are coming from. You could easily lie but integrity is something that is easy to lose and is hard to regain. Those that have lost it are easily spotted as are those that never had it.***

Your thoughts...

Most Psychologists are in fact whack jobs that have 'issues' prior to becoming one.

Also you teach that people are 'all only energy' yet you are paid to analyze logically and using scientific methodology to prove or disprove your idea - what a contraDICKtion in terms you are.

Also if you are looking for academic advice and scientific opinion, go and pay a shrink - something you are desperately crying out for, hence this pathetic public outburst of attention.

Also If you are feeling lightheaded and dizzy, you should not be workking, in case you can;t handle your urges and do something to jeaopardize others with your toxic, hazardous patheticisms....

MANY are feeling these 'shifts' in reality
“One of the saddest lessons of history is this: If we’ve been bamboozled long enough, we tend to reject any evidence of the bamboozle. We’re no longer interested in finding out the truth. The bamboozle has captured us. It’s simply too painful to acknowledge, even to ourselves, that we’ve been taken. Once you give a charlatan power over you, you almost never get it back.” – Carl Sagan
