I agree. My intent was to establish that I was nott some basement dweller that had no real world experience, but that I was capable of real critical thought and was trained in serious scientific methodology. My belief was that GLP had some thinkers and that my post may provoke some serious replies and not just conjecture. From my P.O.V, things just feel weird and I want to know if any other valid people have seen likewise. Thanks for your insight.

Man you seriously sound like you're reading from a Gatticca script. "Valids" vs Invalids? You just can't help yourself. The wry pith just falls off your toungue so easily, yet you're the one whom is pressing GLP psychos for a diagnosis for your dizzy spells in an Earth Store.

I am in Train in Tokyo,
all Seats occupied but no one
is really standing, some People talk,
some look into their mobile Phone,
a few Sleep and a few just watch out
of the Train, it is a beautiful day here
in Japan, all looks more than normal,
except me; i listen to Can, Tagomago!

Re: OK, No BS, Psychology PhD. Here. Strange experiences over the last week and reaching out...
I am an extreme critical thinker an have almost perfect score on my GRE for analytical skills (again, no BS). I have been drawn to this site because of its acuity and ability for insight, News is often news here before it's news elsewhere. I like that. Non-filtered I guess.

Anyway, I just talked with my "other" about an episode at a local store two days ago.

We entered and after about five minutes I said everything "feels" weird." Now keep in mind she knows how I analyze things and am more intense than most because of who I am. But she knows nothing of this site and its undue influences on perception. It is easy to fall down the rabbit hole here. Only the strong survive this vortex and stay here. Others leave or are velcroed into the "doom that may come at any moment anxiety."

So my story. The store was at normal capacity but we felt crowded, more than should be appropriate given the number of people. Carts were cutting off people at random. We had to dodge oncoming shoppers as if we weren't even there. They really seemed like "almost" Zombies.

Leaving we spoke about how we felt light headed (like nitrous at a dentist). Then today I was teaching, all was fine. As soon as I left the building I was light headed again, almost like I smoked something. This lasted until I got into my car.

I just talked to my wife about it and it made me think of Faraday Cages. I was fine once insulated. I teach that we are are all only energy-nothing more.

People of Science please respond. I know you are here. One professional to another- I would like your academic input. Thank you.

Re: OK, No BS, Psychology PhD. Here. Strange experiences over the last week and reaching out...
Certified Paranomal Investigator here. Empathic Psychic. Highly Sensitive Personality.

I too have had this experience and it's becoming more frequent. Chronic headaches recently too.

It happened again this morning. I told my husband I feel weird. Light headed and a bit dizzy. Well, didn't know what I was in for on my drive this morning.

I was seriously questioning people's ability to function in their cars today. It started with one person running a red light (that had been red for several minutes)and almost colliding with the person who had green. A semi turning right and stopping traffic because he made the turn too wide and almost took out a car. Dropping off my stepson at school someone used the wrong entrance and almost side swiped me. I thought I was in the clear until someone pulled right out in front of me and drove below the speed limit. (Really, if your going to cut me off at least drive the limit! Sheesh.)

This is just my example. People are functioning like zombies and I though perhaps it was my highly sensitive self just noticing this.

I believe many are simply programmed to go about their daily routine and in public people no longer "see" each other. This makes me a little sad...I try to smile at people and they don't even notice me or return a smile. So many are disconnected.

Anxious people are more anxious. Many of my friends have reported trouble sleeping at night. I know I no longer sleep through the night and was a deep sleeper for many years.

Perhaps energy levels are changing with the sun and earth going through major changes. Those who are in tune to the world are noticing and others are either not aware or blocking this out.

Thanks for your post.

Love this thread. Love the different POV's.

OP I appreciate your honesty and vulnerability. You dared to state it and to ask and you have taken what has come. Good for you.

More and more people are having these experiences. It is a type of "graduation" I believe, and we are blessed beyond our imagining.

Your mind is blown. Well, or course. And while yours, OP, has served you well, it is now time for you to start developing the rest of your potential.

Congratulations.

It is possible you ingested maois and something else, shrooms in a restaurant, anything. Lots of edibles and even the body can create dmt and other hallucinogenic stuff that if somehow you accidentally ingested an maoi you might mildly hallucinate or feel like you went off to another dimension or feel like things are off. Without the body needing maoi there would be no troll guarding the bridge and people would have no control over when they trip.

Re: OK, No BS, Psychology PhD. Here. Strange experiences over the last week and reaching out...
People study psychology to figure out their own problems... And it seems you're still pretty screwed up. Psychology is not a science, and you're not a scientist. And hell, bragging about a f*cking GRE score? LOL.

If you want science, based on evidence that's psychiatry which involves going to medical school.

In my honest opinion, I think you should seek some psychiatric help as you have some deep rooted psychological issues which need to be worked out.

Also, try increasing your water intake, and sugar/carbohydrate levels. Check your blood pressure (for hypotension) and your blood sugar (for hypoglycemia), I would also suggest getting the following lab tests done; CBC +/ CMP.

And my credentials? B.S. in Science, M.D. in Medicine, currently in residency at a major teaching hospital.

Re: OK, No BS, Psychology PhD. Here. Strange experiences over the last week and reaching out...
Sorry.
In my haste, I neglected to say that in the store she thought the same thing. She actually was afraid to say anything because she thought it was just her and that I would pick on her for being anxious. After I said I felt weird, we even talked about how the lighting seemed to be glossy and everything was like a dream- like it wasn't really happening. No drink, no drugs. just a trip to the store that we have done a thousand times before. This time was different.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 28731888

I wouldn't doubt, that to some extent, the environment is indeed, 'tweaked'. Psychology and Human Behaviour are intensely studied to squeeze out as much spending by consumers. I could see 'lighting' being used as an effect, to affect the consumer while they shop. What that is exactly, I haven't studied, but just as placement, colour, even smells are used to manipulate and entice, lighting must also play a part. I wouldn't doubt other shoppers walk out feeling the same way, but since they do not study up or attend forums like this (not awake), they just mark it up as being tired, their meds or being hungry or something. Who knows, but I do believe the intent and results are very real.

When I go to Walmart,it seems people buy more than they should becuase the prices are so low. I wonder if there is some type of invisible mind control or subliminal messaging operating inside the store.

Re: OK, No BS, Psychology PhD. Here. Strange experiences over the last week and reaching out...
There could be any number of reasons.

That said, I do not like casinos. I do not gamble in them and do not like even being on the floor wherein they do this and the reason being is that there is an incessant 'buzzing' sound (poor description but best presently). I have inquired from people who work there how they can tolerate this but none of them even 'hear' it.

It sets us a tension in me and as soon as I leave that disappears. (I have no aversion to gamblimg per se nor any negative experiences as well) I believe that they keep people busily occupied gambling via some rf manipulation . I believe that this is also done in some places wherein people shop.

At the casino, no clocks aids in keeping people doing what promotes their profits as well.

I have discerned this same 'noise' in some large supermarkets. I think that it makes people more receptive to persuasion of spending, lessens their defenses, perhaps??

We are subjected to various forms of electomagnetic 'fog' for whatever purposes.

At Sam's my husband pushing his cart around has been in receipt of electic shocks on many occasions and we have no clue why. He has no history of previous static electricity issues elsewhere but , again, why that as it would prove negative to my thinking??

Do not ever discount your intuition. That is not saying plan your life around it but do not disregard it in circumstances such as what you have described which involves (unsolicited) the perceptions of two people.

I have not experienced this so am clueless and good luck.

Krogers is a grocery chain in the midwest, and they have something that monitors you throughout the store that intiates when you walk in the door. They say it is safe and is used to open more cash register lines as they know exactly how many people are in their store. But it somehow reads you individually and then connects your reading with your grocery purchase. Scary!

I wonder if this causes sensitive individuals static shock?

Could you have been a "targeted individual?" Or close enough to one in the store to be zapped by directed energy weapons?
