Is Jesse James the biggest douche in the history of bike building?

He's not much of a bike builder either. I think that he believes his own hype.

I just heard him say on Chopper Live: Road to Revenge show that he has too much talent and too much skill in his hands not to win.

He builds halfway decent looking bikes...but is in NO WAY the same league as the other bike builders.
His EGO is bigger than his skills or brain.

...and yes....clearly a douche since he could keep either one of these chicks.

Jesse is saying that a lot of people are out of business who used to say they were better than him. The funny thing is that he, too, is out of business! What an idiot.

When I first saw Jesse about ten years or so ago, I thought he was a real dude. Unfortunately, he went from real dude to real douche as his ego grew out of control.

OK, they just said that Jesse James could not complete his bike in time so they extended the deadline by two weeks. The guys at Gas Monkey were pissed since they finished in time. Can you guys believe that after all the shit Jesse talked that he couldn't even meet the deadline? Unreal. LOL!!!

I have no idea why Discovery keeps putting him on tv. Bike fans hate him, Hollywood people hate him, even regular people hate him. I'm not sure what demographic he appeals to but I can't figure it out either.

Vinnie sounds pissed about the deadline being extended just because Jesse couldn't finish. Funny how Jesse was just saying that he could "teach" Paulie how to be a badass bike builder.

Now one rightous guy and one hell of a bike builder was the late Indian Larry. That was one hell of a cool guy.

Nope, just a metal fabricator that knows, that although he has a huge ego and talks a lot of shit - he can also back it up. He is a very talented metal shaper using old world tools and techniques that are mostly lost in this age. Anyone that works with metal for a living can appreciate his talents.

Yep. Before anyone had heard of Orange County Choppers, it was all about West Coast Choppers. Unfortunately his ego outgrew his "skillset" as he puts it and he became nothing but a lazy fuck. Now he can't even meet the deadlines that were put forth for the buildoff competition. From the looks of it, he spends most of his time smoking weed instead of working.

Now the guys at OCC took the custom bike idea and really revolutionized the entire bike business to the point that even Harley Davidson tried to get in on the custom bike craze. That's the difference between working hard to build a business and working hard to destroy one.

Really? He backs up what he says? How, by not meeting deadlines? What a joke.

Jesse thinks he is some sort of great metal fabricator because he can reshape a gas tank. LOL. Only according to Jesse is hand metal fabrication a lost art. There are literally thousands of sheet metal fabricators who use the tools that Jesse uses to make real stuff. Ever seen a metal sculpture? Those are hand built by real craftsmen not by guys like Jesse.

Jesse is no metal artisan and surely no real fabricator. He is more of a shit talker with low self-esteem who has to constantly build himself up.

I'm watching the show because of the OCC and PJD guys and the cool bikes they build. As for Jesse James, I couldn't care any less if they never put him on tv again.

Did you guys see the bike that Jesse built? It looks like a combination between a moped and a rice-rocket. The old man's bike is OK but the two best bikes seem to be the PJD and the Gas Monkey guys.

The team that talks the least amount of shit is the PJD team and then the OCC team. For some reason Gas Monkey guys like putting down OCC. The funny thing is that without OCC and the American Chopper show, the custom bike industry would still be a side business in some guy's basement. Then there's Jesse and all he does is talk shit about OCC and PJD.
