Now if you're saying that you net $20K/month, I'd still probably suggest against it. When I was young (early 20's), I was making much more than that and still rented a place for $1K/month and lived by the beach. No need to waste money, invest it!! |

It buys you a weekend in Vegas every month with a high class hooker for about 3 hours or a gutter slut for the full weekend. You could rent a billboard for a month that says "Fuck you all" to everyone going down the highway. When you think of what you can do with 4 large the possibilities are amazing. |

I got a good story that involves $500 (that's right I borrowed $500 at 21), a property tax auction and impeccable market timing. I was making nearly seven figures by 25. Anything is possible!! Get out there and connect with people, be honest and work with integrity. Help others in your area of expertise for no other reason than to simply give back. I don't care if you're rich or broke. You'll gain respect and trust this way. I'm in my 30's now and life is still amazing. I'm still working smart, always thinking outside the box and challenging my own intelligence. I don't care about the economy because whether we have a revolution or 20 years of instability, I'll find an honest opportunity. Don't just learn one thing, learn many and want to do so. If someone asked you how to do something, Google it, figure it out and then get back to them with the answer. You'll learn a lot that way and help others in the process!! |

It will give confidence, just don't let that confidence turn into arrogance! |
