Funny thing is, skyscrapers have been hit by large passenger aircraft in the past... and they ALL stood fast. The Impire State Building comes to mind.

It might have been an automatic failsafe to keep the buildings from falling and squashing the rest of the city....

I've thought of that possibility. Heard an interview with one of the architects involved in the WTC design and construction, and he claimed both towers were built with demo charges in place - as part of the design to bring the straight down in case of emergency - where one toppling over would do much worse damage.

Let me guess, the interview was after 9/11?

All the money missing from the pentagon as well it was a win win for Cheney and Raytheon.

Yea it was a big party, looting the American public's resources even moreso after 2001.

At the time, the WTC was an enormous undertaking and structurally, weren't built the best but were built to stand up, just not built to hold a 747 full of fuel..

If you think the building "collapse" was caused by the plane and jet fuel, you don't know physics or construction. Even if that were what happened, the physical evidence would show that. The rubble is inconsistent with a collapse.

No mention of this was ever made in the officially approved fairy tale.

The planes were not 747's.

Why do people who claim to be informed on this subject make such glaring errors?
