If it is illegal to publicly claim cannabis oil cures cancer...

1.) No it is not illegal.

2.) It is a scientifically proven fact.

3.) You can shout it from every rooftop in town. If anyone tells you otherwise, they're talking out of their asses, and furthermore infringing upon your rights.

The medical institute has a hand in practitioner laws.

So in effect you cannot treat anybody and every one who is performing first aid is at risk of a potential law suit.

The freedom is squashed when you advertise to sell the product.

You can't sell it, or use it on others as a remedy, but you're perfectly within your rights to spread the word and let others do as they please.


If you ask me, keeping something that cures cancer with no side effects illegal is the real crime.
