I'm with you Defj@m... I already don't eat out because I don't know what I'm eating. All m meat is organic (can't afford that much, so make it last and eat it 2-3 times a week).

Damn these dirty fuckers. We never voted for this. What makes it acceptable for one person to decide this? He is probably not scientifically educated, or aware of the struggle people like me went through in the late 90's to keep GMO out of the uk.
I personally found it quite hard manually levelling a field of GMOs, even with a few collaborators. ;)

It's just mind blowing how politicians haven't got the balls to force food companies to label their food as GM or non-GM. That alone will solve the problem, since many people will likely opt for non-gm food.

IT's not just the UK folks... all corn and all alfalfa is GMOed... ALL the feed fed to our livestock contains either corn or alfalfa

so if you think your meat isn't "tainted" in the US you are deceiving yourself .... even the "feed" that I give my "home-grown" animals (chickens, rabbits, goats and horses) are GMO - and the livestock itself has been "modified" = that is all you can buy - and I don't have enough land to raise my own "heirloom" corn and alf for them


we've all BEEN genetically modified by these products ... get over it or not but until you stop buying GMOs they are going to continue to produce them ... this year it is the sugar beet ... next year Wheat?
