Grass fed organic beef is the best way to go...

As a farmer in south of England, all of our cattle are fed food of UK origin, No GM foods grown in UK,
Unfortunately the proteins used come from mostly GM grown crops USA, Brazil, and so,
not much Soya and other crops Not grown GM, Other proteins are mostly Beans and Peas, grown in UK are GM free,
A lot of the Beef meat in London, the Best UK sourced, Cheap Beef imported from Brazil GM feed.

Except for the Restaurants that use animals raised on non GM crops.

How much of the veggies and stuff is GM crops?

We must be allowed to see which of our foods are GM and which of our meats come from GM fed animals.

Modern soy, wheat and corn are almost all GMO, at least in the U.S. I can tell you that GMO is not nearly as common in many other countries, but our friends at good ol Monsanto are working to change that, as most GLPers already know.
