Here, she encountered many deceased people in heaven. And she learned a lot about them, that was impossible to know about, but after returning to her body, she shared the information with the deceased's family members. And many times in tears and shock, the family members of the deceased, verified the information to be true down to the exact details.

This of course, let's us know what the woman experienced was not imagined.
