I am completely at a loss to understand what has happened. Can someone tell me what I am missing.

1) Duchess goes to hospital with some kind of nausea problem
2) Radio station know for gags of this sort call hospital pretending to the Queen and Prince Philip inquiring about her condition.
3) Phone is answered by regular nurse (of foreign origin), who is gives what is regarded as confidential info to the callers.

4) Following day this nurse is found dead in an apparent suicide.

So what happened here that would make the nurse a target. There is absolutely nothing I can see that would make her life forfeit. Alternatively, why did she think this was so big an indiscretion that it was worth ending her life for. Did she have other things going on.

So what am I missing?

All this story seems weird... why would SHE kill herself?

Maybe the royals knew the nurse would have a LOT of media attention AFTER the gag, and decided to kill her, just to stop media attention on kate's son?

I can't fathom why a person who was stable (husband, three kids, four years in that job etc), and a nurse, would want to throw their life away unless there was undue pressure directed at them....

...Maybe she suicided after a heavy bout of workplace bullying and abuse, which tends to be hidden and veiled, which would have driven someone to leave their family, and to find her unconscious in the street, without a note is even stranger....

Bullies tend to have the effect that can drive people to suicide, I would look into that further if I was an investigator, and find the ringleader......
