Walk around as much as you can, but atleast once an hour. High Intensity training is the way to go! 3 X 20 second bursts at max output three times a week is amazing for you. Makes your insulin and sugar absorption improve to no end. 15% of population has a series of genes that make them pretty much non responsive to exercise. Lots more in there, all backed up by studies.
