do a search on humbolt squid invasion

it's amazing how many hits you'll get...major concern type of stuff

they could be so over populated they are migrating to lower waters getting caught in tide changes

surely there is factors that could play too

but if anyone thinks this is a fraile species please search squid invasion

Scientists are investigating why hundreds, possibly thousands of dead squid washed ashore along the Santa Cruz County coast Sunday afternoon. Kiet Do reports.

i disagree, every single organism has a place on this world, except the ones WE introduce, breeding minks for coats, rather then hunting some down? if only it was that easy to become a good human being.....

and a few thousand washing up is not a big deal.

Who said I was never connecting issues?
Man I read about all subjects and see the connections.
Astronomy and science I love. Don't call me out like that.
I was just trying to be logical.
Since the squid population is huge.
But yes I believe I also said earlier possible
methane release did it.
So calm down and think before you come at someone.
Lesson learned next time so you don't be a douche.

that dino theory is still just that...theory...a theory that is as questioned as the impact

so now there is a deep sea methane release theory on dino extinction

Sure, that's what we expect. We're never going to see a headline saying "Corexit dissolved the organs of thousands of animals" or, "Fukishima radiation fried hundreds of whales who beached themselves", or "Birds dropped from the sky from hitting a layer of toxic molecules suspended in air where they flew while trying to escape".

Dot... excuse my rudeness, especially during the holiday season, but are you a fucking idiot? Yes, yes you are. Don't you think you are missing the BIGGER picture here?

In the last 3 years especially, there have been an alarming and increasing amount of mass animal die offs across the entire planet.

It does not matter if the animal is cute or ugly, beneficial or not to the enviornment, the fact remains that dozens of different bird and sea life species continue to DIE in "mysterious" ways.

Excuses are made, but there is a clear pattern here. It's called Extinction.

I don't want to single you out, but SHEEPLE like yourself, make me sick. Open you eyes lady, something HUGE is going on and the world's governements are covering it up.

It won't matter if squids eat alot or little, or whatever else, soon enough if the entire ecosystem of the planet continues to rapidly DECAY.

Jeez.

And your occult word play with the name Leviathan is not amusing. Grow some fucking balls and a brain. Leviathan is not only a symbol for Satan and the Dragon but also our galactic center, which we are about to line up perfectly with. Those in the occult (COWARDS and LIARS) know this and what it means, the Destroyer of worlds is here... this "squid" thing is simply yet another example of it being a fact.

UsuaLly when that happens its because a sub was using a type or sonar pulse that disorients nearby deep sea creature and causes them to get lost and die or become beached.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 29147698

A very close friend of mine was instrumental in stopping the Navy from "experimenting" with the pulses in and around the Santa Barbara channel islands just south of there. He stopped them from using the deadly sonar inside the channel between the shore and the islands.

He also stopped the use of purse-sein and drift netting that just killed everything in the ocean they drifted by.

Some fools still get away with it though. And when their nets get tangled they just cut them free. 30 miles long and hundreds of feet deep they sweep through the water scraping the ocean floor and destroying any and all animals that get in the way. Whales are always getting bound up and dying in them.

"T" was in the marines in underwater demolition in Viet Nam. Then switched to the navy when the SEAL teams came in to take over the UD operations. I'll bet he has a good idea of what's happening.

Re: Thousands of dead squid wash a shore in cali.
if you’ve never been to California to see its giant redwoods, you should probably go soon. It might be only a matter of time before they’re all gone. Research released Friday indicates that the world’s oldest trees are dying at an alarming rate. “It is a very, very disturbing trend,” says lead researcher William Laurance of James Cook University. ”We are talking about the loss of the biggest living organisms on the planet, of the largest flowering plants on the planet, of organisms that play a key role in regulating and enriching our world.”
