Re: Had strangest dream about being in another dimension last night.
This was the strangest ever dream. It felt too real though, not a dream at all. I "woke up" in the dream in another dimension in my dream.
I was in house it looked decorated like you would have seen in the 60's. It had a television set, and the shows on it were what you would have associated with another time and place. The people on the set, looked human just as I did.

It just starts off with me waking up in the dream, in an unfamiliar bed. a woman who also wakes up is walking down the hallway. She is as bewildered as I am. I ask her, "Did you just find yourself here, just like me." The look of bewilderment on her face was unmistakable, she clearly didn't belong here either.
We walked around the place, looking for some recognition of place, or time. Then there was a knock on the door. She looked at me paniced. like should we open the door?

A man was at the door. The look in his eyes, told me that he knew we didn't belong there. I sensed he was some sort of dimensional being, that looked as human as I did. He asked weird questions, like "Is this your home?" I said, "Why do you want to know?" He pretended to be interested in buying the place. He invited himself in, by pushing past me and was staring at me and her both. She seemed uncomfortable as well. It seemed like he was reading our thoughts. I said, "Well, this house isn't for sale. You need to go."

I rushed him out of there. He stood outside the house, facing the front door after that. Like waiting for something to happen. I said, "I don't like this. Why are we here?" She said, "I don't know." "What do you remember?" I asked. She said, she remembered falling asleep and then woke up here. Same thing happened to me.

We started looking through boxes, looking for any thing that would tell us where we were. It seemed like the past, but it was the present. It could have been earth, it could have been another place just like earth. I told her, "I don't feel good being here.My family isn't here. I don't want to be here." She nodded at me. She said, "We need to go back to sleep." I agreed with her. She sat in the chair, and tried to relax, but we were both aware the man was still outside. I have to admit, it was freaking me out too.

I told her we should go in the bedroom and lock the door, and try to go back to sleep. That gave her some piece of mind. I don't remember what her name is either, but she told me. She told me different bits like she was from Texas. We talked until we both fell asleep. When I woke up, I was in my bed. I was startled awake. After that I fell back asleep.

And I had another dream. I was back in the same house! The same woman was there. This time another entity was there, we couldn't see it but it was angry! We were trying to leave the house, and it was preventing us. I managed to get through the front door.

I was looking through the window at her, the light bulbs blew out, and she was screaming. I was pounding on the door. I heard it speaking german. She didn't understand it, but I did. I started screaming the at the top of my lungs "Offnen die Tur!"

My husband woke me up. I was screaming in German. He said I was shaking, and screaming. I was still half way asleep, but told him what I dreamed. I felt like I slept for ages. This was the strangest night of my life.

My husband brought me into the room to watch a movie trailer, he said it sounded similar to my dream. It gave me goosebumps! It is called "Another Earth", this got me to wondering if the veil is getting so thin between this other world and ours that even the idea is being picked up and made into a movie.
 Quoting: skyblau

i loved that movie.

i would like to add your dream to my dream thread, if that's ok.

somebody told me that characters in our dreams that we don't know are actually aspects of our own selves.

personally, i think your dream was a test of character dream that comes to some from the inter-dimensionals.

you might be being considered.

i would begin a prayer life.
see what happens.

Sure, you can add it to your dream thread. Maybe someone can help me sort it and some of the others I have had. My dreams have been really visual, as of late. There seems to be some real substance to them. Either they are trying to tell me something, and then there is actually an astral traveling sometimes. I don't know...

Re: Had strangest dream about being in another dimension last night.
I had another unusual dream last night, actually it was a nightmare. I Think it must have had a lot of underlying messages. My dream:
My middle child, and my husband were invited to a preachers home, and they didn't come home. I went to find out where they were, and they were arresting the preacher. The preacher had murdered my son and husband. There wasn't much more to it than that.
I woke up and began to think about it. I wondered if I dreamed it because my middle child is closest to my husband, and doesn't want to be separated from him. I thought this "murder" might represent my relationship with my husband which isn't always good. Maybe this just represents my internal discontent within my relationship. I am always thinking, how can I end this marraige, if my son and his step dad are so close?

Re: Had strangest dream about being in another dimension last night.
my 2 last night dreams ended up in the same wierd place dimension..

looked like a shooping mall reconfigured after a post economic colapse.

the stores and configuration of the whole mall didn't change one bit from one dream to the other. heck they even fallow up each another.

I went on the top of the mall at the end of the 2nd dream and noticed the moon had a very big Ring around it. it appeared to be a construction of some sort.

there was smoke everywhere. smoke generators were running full pins. I stopped the machines. and discovered that the moon was meerly a picture, like all this was smoke and mirrors. Like a diversion. werid.

this first happened to me about 7 years ago... and at first it freaked me out... but quickly I realized I enjoyed it... because i was pure 'essence', pure 'me' withotu associations of what I did, where I lived, how I saw myself. All that was gone. It was very liberating. Then it started to happen more and more, and each time i enjoyed it. I started to to 'pract9ices' designed to bring this state on at will. To date I have not yet achieved that but hopefull will.

Re: Had strangest dream about being in another dimension last night.
So weird OP. I had a dimensional dream the othernight also! We bought my husbands house from his parents, so its thehouse he grew up in. I woke up in my dream and was trying to wake up my husband to tell him someone was in the house because I heard voices in the kitchen. I thought I was awake trying to wake him up but I was actually still dreaming. I got up (in my dream) and went into the kitchen but I was floating instead of walking, and I saw my husband as a child and his sister running around the house and his Dad telling them to be quiet, and saw his Mom in the kitchen cooking. I said to myself in my dream that I must be in a different dimension, and went to go lie back down in bed. I tried to wake up but ssaw nothing but blurry surroundings and a weird moving spiral. I dont know how to describe it in words. ike my eyes were half open so everything was blurry and I could see this moving spiral in the blur. So I felt myself moving forward through the spiral and I woke up, I was unable to move for a second. I was extremely out of it and felt really strange. I told my husband abot the dream and described the apron his Mom was wearing in the kitchen and he said it sounded like one she used to wear when he was a kid. WEIRDEST ddream experience of my life.

So strange that you also had a dimensional dream. I never even thought about such a thing before the other night.

some years ago I began having dreams thet were definetly 'not mine'. I remember one very clear dream where I was with my family, but they were all very poor, black, living in the deep south. I knew everyone there, and I knew 'my' story and history... as a poor black man from the south (maybe from the past also, ... like 50's). I happen to be a very white person (scot/no. italian) who was botn and raised in the new york metropolital area, and never went to the south, and have no desire to.

I assumed there dreams were indicitive of some sort of 'ripple' in the collective unconcious, and other people's 'akashic imprints' were spilling over into m'my' space.

Re: Had strangest dream about being in another dimension last night.
Really interesting dream. And even without being a traditional religious Christian, more spiritual, I have found that prayers work. My ex, unstable and black market most of his life, suddenly had severe diabetes and was going blind, he was in hospital alot of the time and was suicidal. We prayed, and I held him in my heart and just talked to him like a brother reminding him he was light and he came into the world to overcome problems and for his children. Didn't hear from him for months, and then he told us he had had a miracle, doctors couldn't explain it and then a wrong number landed him a really good job at his sisters.

Now he's making plans to move his elderly father from the US to Canada, to be with the grandchildren, and has turned into a provider as if he's been upgraded. My father has been too in a different way, but a little similar in that he is now helping the grandchildren.

Prayers work. I pray always to the Highest Love and Goodness in existence, my Real Family, Mother/Father, the Good Family, the Family of Love and Light and Goodness on the Highest Levels in the reality and the truth, often in the name of Christ, but above codings to religions, in the Name of the Spirit of Peace and Love, and beyond the codings in words, but running with the meanings in my heart.

Because I think everything has been coded, often to Saturn, you know Sauron and all that, and put in the english language as well. So I just denounce all negative codings and run with only the intent of my heart for all the meanings.

I just pour things out alot. But I think that praying for that woman who was trapped in the room by something negative possibly, just ensuring she is fine, free, safe, and growing, doing the work she came to do, waking up, overcoming any difficulties easily and effortlessly, and that love is growing in her heart, and that all people are growing, ask this for everyone, and that we can learn in safety, in abundance, and that Love will grow, positivity in everyone's heart, mind and spirit, overcoming all in their lives with Love.

OMG, I found a video that may explain everything that I have been experiencing when I am asleep. The guy doing the video, is a bit scattered but if you focus on the points he is making, it makes sense.

Especially at the 7 minute mark, he is describing how you can go into another persons dimensional world, or dream sharing. So when I have been dreaming of a place that was common to another person, especially the house where my grandma used to live when she was alive, I can reconnect with her there. I can share that same frequency with her. She isn't alive anymore, but we can reconnect with each other in that place, the house where she used to live. I can hear her voice and she can share things with me. I invite you dreamers to try this, when you go to sleep tonight. Let's conduct an experiment. I want you to go into a deep sleep and imagine yourself going to this particular place. I will map out your scenery ok.It needs to be simple. This will be outdoors, and it will have a campfire. There will be trees all around, the sun will be down, and as you join the group, you will sit down around the campfire. You will give your GLP name to at least one dreamer sitting by you. Throughout the night the glpers will come and go during the dreamscape time, you must stay in the dreamscape until you have introduced yourself to one person, and then you can bid farewell and go where you please. The next day, let's share the experience. Let me know if you are in.

Re: Had strangest dream about being in another dimension last night.
The strange thing about the beings, dimensional beings, aliens, or whatever you want to call them being in my house is that it is hard to say that they are harmful per se in a physical sense. They haven't caused any physical scratches, slamming of doors or cabinets, or anything like that. We have the nightmares, but it is hard to directly say that they are causing them. I sense that they are just "here" watching for some reason. Different people that have come into my house who are sensitive, describe a male and a female presence. The male presence is "powerful", the female presence is "protective". These are always what they have described them as. I have only actually seen the male presence two times, upon awakening, and it was very overwhelming and scared the sh*t out of me. It did not look like a grey, it was a very very powerful being. I had the head of a jackal, and reddish eyes. It stooped over because it was very tall. It was probably fourteen feet tall, because my ceiling is about twelve feet tall. As soon as I opened my eyes, I screamed out, and it went away. I will never forget it though. It isn't what most people describe when they see aliens though. that is what confuses me. The female I saw in a dream. She wasn't bad. She was nuturing, like a mother. I felt attached to her for some reason. She looked more alien like, with very large eyes, and human features.

I'm in. I did this with a group of people who were meditating a while ago. One woman started it. She said (through an email to a group) to everyone, to come & meditate with her and told us what time ( a few hours) she would be meditating.
Afterwards we checked notes. It all added up-she said what I looked liked & what I was wearing & what spot I was in (in the circle of people).
So let's do this.
I will be looking for your campfire among the trees.

Afterwards we checked notes. It all added up-she said what I looked liked & what I was wearing & what spot I was in (in the circle of people).
So let's do this.
I will be looking for your campfire among the trees.

Great, I will meet you by the campfire by the trees. I will make a sign on the tree that will say, "GLP dreamland" so everyone in the dreamland will know they have made it to the right place.

Re: Had strangest dream about being in another dimension last night.
lol @ people that take their dreams as something significant.

YOU DREAM ABOUT THINGS LIKE THIS (DIMENSION X, ALIENS, NIBIRU, END OF THE WORLD) BECAUSE YOU OBSESS ABOUT THEM ALL DAY ON THE INTERNET.

YOU ARE NOT SPECIAL AND YOU DID NOT VISIT ANOTHER DIMENSION.

I once had a dream that my dick fell off and turned into a rabbit.

To live is to believe in the power of dreams! To dream is to believe in the power of love! To love is to Know the truth!
The Desire to Be fuel the belief that you Are which ignite the Will to Become which bring back forth the desire to be...
Let it be-come you! It means Stop seeking your higher self! It is seeking you! Stand still in your mind to calm the waters of your mind and then it shall find you, so you can ride those waves together!
your true self lies somewhere between your heart and your consciousness. It is called the heart consciousness, which is the creator, which is you!
The heart create the emotions and our mind evoke its purpose, from which we dream the life we live in order to imagine the nature of reality and finally remember love!

The highest Purpose of our mind is the ability to Forget! Go on and Forgive yourself!
There is no love in truth but there is truth in love!
Be authentic, nobody else can do it for you!
