Had strangest dream about being in another dimension last night.
This was the strangest ever dream. It felt too real though, not a dream at all. I "woke up" in the dream in another dimension in my dream.
I was in house it looked decorated like you would have seen in the 60's. It had a television set, and the shows on it were what you would have associated with another time and place. The people on the set, looked human just as I did.

It just starts off with me waking up in the dream, in an unfamiliar bed. a woman who also wakes up is walking down the hallway. She is as bewildered as I am. I ask her, "Did you just find yourself here, just like me." The look of bewilderment on her face was unmistakable, she clearly didn't belong here either.
We walked around the place, looking for some recognition of place, or time. Then there was a knock on the door. She looked at me paniced. like should we open the door?

A man was at the door. The look in his eyes, told me that he knew we didn't belong there. I sensed he was some sort of dimensional being, that looked as human as I did. He asked weird questions, like "Is this your home?" I said, "Why do you want to know?" He pretended to be interested in buying the place. He invited himself in, by pushing past me and was staring at me and her both. She seemed uncomfortable as well. It seemed like he was reading our thoughts. I said, "Well, this house isn't for sale. You need to go."

I rushed him out of there. He stood outside the house, facing the front door after that. Like waiting for something to happen. I said, "I don't like this. Why are we here?" She said, "I don't know." "What do you remember?" I asked. She said, she remembered falling asleep and then woke up here. Same thing happened to me.

We started looking through boxes, looking for any thing that would tell us where we were. It seemed like the past, but it was the present. It could have been earth, it could have been another place just like earth. I told her, "I don't feel good being here.My family isn't here. I don't want to be here." She nodded at me. She said, "We need to go back to sleep." I agreed with her. She sat in the chair, and tried to relax, but we were both aware the man was still outside. I have to admit, it was freaking me out too.

I told her we should go in the bedroom and lock the door, and try to go back to sleep. That gave her some piece of mind. I don't remember what her name is either, but she told me. She told me different bits like she was from Texas. We talked until we both fell asleep. When I woke up, I was in my bed. I was startled awake. After that I fell back asleep.

And I had another dream. I was back in the same house! The same woman was there. This time another entity was there, we couldn't see it but it was angry! We were trying to leave the house, and it was preventing us. I managed to get through the front door.

I was looking through the window at her, the light bulbs blew out, and she was screaming. I was pounding on the door. I heard it speaking german. She didn't understand it, but I did. I started screaming the at the top of my lungs "Offnen die Tur!"

My husband woke me up. I was screaming in German. He said I was shaking, and screaming. I was still half way asleep, but told him what I dreamed. I felt like I slept for ages. This was the strangest night of my life.

Instead of paying attention to the vision of what you saw try to pay attention to what you felt. I mean your feelings can answer questions the questions aswell if you tune in to it.

i have had a couple odd dreams where I was living another life. Drove a black convertible, which I would not choose to have "here", had people that i don't know "here" in the dreams, but i knew them "there". they feel very real.

Re: Had strangest dream about being in another dimension last night.
ok.. weird.

I woke at 1.11am and went to the bathroom, on the way back I always look out the window at the sky and the surrounding streets, we live by a busy A road that never stops.
There were no cars on it. Odd I thought and went back to ebd.

Woke at 2.22am, I laughed as I looked at the clock at the chances of that happening, noticed no cars still so lay there waiting for a car and whispered to my hubby who I thought was awake "Is the A road closed or something, there's no traffic2 he wasn't awake though and just mumbled something.

Woke at 3.33am and sat up, hubby woke at the same time and I said "This is weird, like I'm in an alternative reality where the A road isn't busy. Is it shut or something?"

he replied that it might well be as they were resurfacing it... well I hadn't and couldn't hear any resurfacing noises and we all know how noisy those works are!

I lay back down and said "Well I hope if we have jumped to another reality we wont be so poor in this one"

Went to sleep and woke later to the sound of a car horn outside... the A road seems normal busy now and my bank account is just as empty as it always is.. lmao

Would be handy if you used spacing! almost bailed half way because it was to hard to read, but gave you a chance!

I dont really have anything to add other than what was said above, pay attention to the feelings not what actually happened.

I tend to believe the more lucid the dream the more urgent the message was.

Yes, I took German in school. I haven't spoke it in years though. The demon was speaking German, and was scaring the lady. I could barely make out what it was saying, but I knew it was German. I heard "Du kannst nicht...." I was hearing it from the other side of the door. I was banging on the door and shouting for him to open it.

Well regardless it's one of those very peculiar and interesting experiences. Latest one I had like that was that I was sleeping on a dream and I was awoken by the sound of bells and then some shadow came above me and grabbed me from behind. I woke up then with a pain on my shoulder if I recall correctly just like if a jellyfish had attached to my back. Weird as shit.

LOL!!

Happened about 2 weeks ago. Had no idea where I was. who I was or who I was in bed with! (poor hubby)

I got up and walked around the house for about 30 seconds before I began to "come back" & realize who & where I was.

I do not do drugs & only drink socially. Was the weirdest thing.

That is strange. My son has had a couple nightmares before, he said something was hovering over him, and he could hear the sound of bells. Many nights I have to have my boys sleep in my room, because of nightmares. We have had many bad visitations here. I have to do regular house cleansings to keep it out, whatever it is.

You should read the book, "Journeys Out of the Body" by Robert A. Monroe. What you're describing sounds just like his experiences in what he calls Locale II. Your dream was more real than you think...

Wow, what a dream OP! I hope the other woman is fine.

I have had some dreams in which I woke up before realy waking up. The last time that this happened, I dreamed that I was in my bedroom and getting of my bed and walked along the window with the curtains still closed.. suddenly something grapped my hand and pulled my arm down. Then I realy woke up and my daughter came in my bedroom. she walked along the window with the curtains closed and she wanted to open the curtains.. she grapped her hand and said 'au'. I asked her what happened.. she said her hand felt like breaking and it hurts. Gave me goosebumps!!

Sorry, but i'm not quite understanding how this is a dream about another dimension?

I've had 2 dimensional dreams in the past 5 years, both of which defied the laws of phsyics, i.e. directions were messed up. I wanted to go down but equated to moving in a totally different direction and I noticed this. A straight line was really a corner, up wasn't up at all, physical objects made no sense to me as I didn't have the required understanding to figure out their geometry.

Still an interesting dream mind you.

Re: Had strangest dream about being in another dimension last night.
Is there such a thing as disembodied spirits? Are they around us and looking for ways to get back into bodies? I would pay more attention to this guy in your dream who tried to get into your house. That is symbolic of what I'm talking about. It's possibly a disembodied spirit who is trying to take over your body. The other woman may be an integrated part of your personality -- a different part you weren't conscious of before. But now that you are being attacked by this disembodied spirit, you have become conscious of things you weren't conscious of before. It's scary so it's showing up in your dreams. But that'a realm of alternate physics as we all know. But not many really know what is possible in that other realm, the other dimension you speak of. Sleep/dreaming is another dimension. People just don't usually think of it like that. You can be attacked in that state. You need to protect yourself but it sounds like you are getting stronger if you were able to push him out. Keep doing that. He will go away. It happened to me. I was able to drive out a spirit and it did not come back. The key is becoming aware and then standing firm.
